Shipping & Returns
We try to process all orders within 3-5 business days. Mailing days are Monday - Wednesday. Order received by Tuesday 4pm will be shipped the same week. Order received after Tuesday 4pm will be shipped the following week.
An email confirmation with the shipping tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped.
Please note that all shipping costs include handling fees, and are strictly non-refundable once order has been fulfilled.

Please kindly verify your shipping address upon order checkout. In the event of incorrect/ incomplete address and the package is returned to us and needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping and handling fee will be required.
Local Singapore orders: We shipped using Singapore Post Registered Mail for all Singapore orders. The tracking number will be included in the confirmation email.
Delivery time takes between 2-7 working days, and is entirely dependent on Singpost.
There is a weight restriction of 2kg per package. Once the weight limit is hit, your order will be sent using Speedpost Standard service.
Please note that as Singpost is a third party company engaged in delivery, by opting for this, you are bound to their terms and condition.
The option for self collection is available (handling fee still applies), you can choose the Self Collection option during check out. Self collection will be at Eunos Crescent area and the exact address will be given via email.
International orders: We use either DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or Singapore Post Speedpost Standard service for our international orders with tracking number. The tracking number will be included in the confirmation email. Taxes and custom fees may be applied at the time of delivery, and buyer is responsible for these charges. Please allow 4-21 business days for your package to arrive. All items might be subject to custom inspection which will require additional days.

We take utmost care and pride in crafting and packaging all our ribbons/ products.
If due to any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we are happy to accept your un-used return within 7 days of delivered date (including weekends). Please take care to package and return the items in its original condition. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee charge. Once we receive the item back in good condition, we will issue shop credit (minus the shipping fee) for the amount of the purchased product. We apologise that we are unable to give refund in money terms.
